today i went to help our to sort the clothes that have been donated and pack it so it look proper and split it to few different section like kids,adult,baby or teenager....when i was packing i was so shock to see the "generousity" of those people in malaysia.... the whole hall which was at first empty came filling in with clothes,shoe,dry food and stuff... then we start our job and put them in to the boxes....
in time i found out how generous people were.... there are clothes that i think it mean like bikini...(well who have the mood to wear bikini in this type of time) but we jus pack it as underclothes... then we found this whole bag of high heel shoe(hahahah would you wear high heel shoe walking tru the muds and death body and rubbish????)pls: we didn't pack those high heel cause we don find any reason that they needed it
sometimes i really don understand... they are really donating because out of compassion or did they "donate" it cause they feel its a waste throwing those thing in to the dustbin..... i understand that new year is here and alot of cleaning up was to be done so you instead of throwing you "donate" it... haih....
anyway the next thing i know i open a bag and guess what i found.... 3 branded handbags.... gucci..... so those victim are interested in gucci....well anyway we pack those in cause they might need some bag...
other then that nothing much jus packing clothes and food like biscuit, milo,coffee,sugar,salt and etc... alot of paper boxes needed so we took them from fajar or jusco (anyway they don need them)...great thing is i got a paper cut that is deep when i was doing those boxes...( don really know how came the blood came ozing out) there is no plaster so i wash it and wrap up with tissue and seal it with those maskin tape...(smart leh)
after packing we have to load it to the bas.... and it took us 1 hour plus to do that.... the whole bus was so full you cannot imagine how it look like...
then some adult volunteer to go to sentul temple to unload the bus... i personally din't follow cause i'm sick and i think i feel abit dizzy plus sleepy and i think i help out enough and also tomorrow skol starting... haih skol....
when you see those people packing you might be surprise that is mostly is all teenager and children ( i guess we teenagers and children have fun packing and sealing it with maskin tape and pushing the trolly around)....
oh ya if you all intent to donate anything we have enough of clothes already what we really need is medicine... alot of it... like bandage and stuff.... i try to get the list of medcine that they need la k.... i sort of read it but i forgotten i try to get it if you guys tot of donating ok.... |
